• Creative Assets: Images, videos, and copy you upload to Created.ai for the purpose of ad creation, modification, and publishing.
• Marketing Preferences: Your choice to receive (or not receive) marketing communications from us.

B. Meta Platform Data (via Meta APIs)

When you connect your Meta Ad Account, we access specific data through Meta's Graph API and Marketing API to enable our core features:

• Ad Management & Publishing: Account IDs and permissions required to directly create and publish ads to your Meta account.
• Performance Metrics: Campaign spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion data for reporting.
• Campaign Metadata: Existing headlines, targeting parameters, and campaign structures.

C. Automatic Data Collection

• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interactions with our platform to ensure security and site optimization.
• Cookies: Used to maintain your secure session and remember your settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Publishing Ads: To export and publish your campaigns directly from Created.ai to Meta Ads.
• Analytics: To aggregate and visualize your Meta Ad performance data.
• Service Delivery: To operate and maintain platform functionality.
• Optimization: To analyze creative performance and suggest data-driven ad strategies.
• Marketing Communications: To send you product updates, educational content, and promotional emails — only if you have actively opted in. See section 6.
• Compliance: To ensure all platform activities align with Meta's Advertising Standards and Developer Policies.

4. Meta Data Protection & Compliance

Created.ai adheres strictly to the Meta Platform Terms:

• Explicit Publishing: We never publish content to your Meta account without your direct action within the platform.
• No Selling Data: We do not sell, license, or purchase any data obtained from Meta APIs.
• Restriction on AI Training: We do not use your private ad performance data or creative assets to train generalized machine learning models for other users.
• Data Integrity: Meta Platform Data is used solely to provide and improve the advertising services you have requested.

5. How We Share Information

We only share data with:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for secure hosting and Stripe for payment processing, under strict confidentiality terms.
• Marketing Platform: We use Klaviyo, Inc. as our email marketing platform. Information you provide (such as your name and email address) is stored and processed by Klaviyo on our behalf to send you service and marketing communications. You can review Klaviyo's privacy practices at klaviyo.com/privacy. Klaviyo also receives your subscription/plan details and product usage events (such as account creation or completed generations) to deliver the communications described in section 6.
• Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

6. Marketing Communications & Your Choices

We send marketing emails (product news, educational content, offers) only to users who have actively opted in — for example, by ticking the marketing checkbox at registration or login. Transactional emails required to operate the Services (such as password resets or billing notices) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time:

• by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, or
• by emailing support@created.ai with the subject line "Unsubscribe".

Withdrawing consent does not affect your access to the Services.

7. Data Deletion Instructions (Meta Compliance)

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, Created.ai provides a clear and reliable way for users to request the deletion of their data.

How to Request Deletion of Your Created.ai Data:

If you wish to delete your data or remove Created.ai's access to your Meta account, please follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the App: Log in to your Facebook Account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Find Created.ai and click Remove.
2. Request Permanent Purge: To permanently delete your Created.ai account and all associated performance data from our servers, send an email to support@created.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Processing Time: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days. All associated data, including cached Meta API Cache and account information, will be permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.

8. Your Rights & Data Retention

• Access & Portability: You may request a copy of your stored data at any time.
• Meta API Cache: We cache performance data for 30 days to ensure platform speed.
• Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, all Meta Platform Data is permanently erased within 30 days.

9. Data Security

We employ industry-standard safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and robust encryption at rest on Google Cloud Platform, to protect your business information.
